For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification may be conducted through a confirmation call before shipment. Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.

Customers may cancel orders before shipment by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
