Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • A clear unboxing video is required for all return and exchange requests.

Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

A valid unboxing video must be provided so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A return shipping charge of PKR 200 will apply to approved returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The item has been used, damaged by the customer, or is not in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is not provided.

  • An unboxing video is not provided when required.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days through the appropriate payment method.
